Mewar Dance

Bharatiya Lok Kala Mandal of Udaipur serves as a cultural sanctuary, established in 1952 to foster traditional folk arts. The institution houses an impressive museum housing costumes, masks, puppets, musical instruments and musical programs to explore Rajasthan's rich cultural heritage through programs including folk music concerts, dance performances puppet shows theatre acts as well as its annual Lokrang Festival event in January which explodes with vibrant folk culture, making for an engaging experience for tourists.
