A storied marvel

Ambagarh Fort in Nagpur, India stands as a beacon of history and culture that draws travellers from around the globe. Constructed during the 17th century under Raja Khan Pathan's patronage as one of Bakht Buland Shah's trusted lieutenants, this incredible fortress has witnessed numerous battles and conquests over time, becoming an invaluable repository of history. Architectural splendour through the ages

Ambagarh Fort stands as an impressive architectural testament to India's development over time. Built by Gond monarch Bakht Buland Shah as a strategic defensive structure in 1660 by Gond ruler Bakht Buland Shah himself, over time its renovations have resulted in a unique blend of Gond and Maratha architectural styles that amaze visitors today. Additionally, Ambagarh serves as a cultural centre, hosting traditional music and dance displays as well as historical reenactments that transport visitors back in time!
