Todgarh Raoli Wildlife Sanctuary provides an idyllic refuge of tropical deciduous forests and vast grasslands for all forms of wildlife in Ajmer, Pali and Rajsamand districts of Rajasthan's picturesque landscapes. This sanctuary serves as a haven for an abundance of creatures. The Sanctuary gives visitors an exciting glimpse of Rajasthan's wildlife, such as majestic leopards and wild boars as well as graceful chinkaras, animated common langurs, sloth bears and haunting calls of Indian wolves. More than 143 bird species were counted at Todgarh Raoli Wildlife Sanctuary in 2013, showing an abundance of bird life within this captivating natural oasis and standing as evidence of Rajasthan's diverse ecosystem.

Unearthing hidden gems

At Todgarh Raoli Wildlife Sanctuary lies an ancient Lord Shiva temple that exudes spiritual energy. Banyan and tamarind trees add tranquillity, while its proximity to banyan trees adds extra peace. Nighttime excursions near this sacred spot may offer glimpses of leopards or bears, reminding visitors that wildlife coexists here peacefully. Continuing down a 4 km stretch called Katar Ghati mimics a serpent's winding road, where visitors may encounter leopards or bears! This scenic route not only connects Todgarh village with Dudhaleshwar Temple, but it also offers stunning views of its surroundings.
