The Madhya Pradesh Tribal Museum proudly celebrates its foundation anniversary with the grand launch of 'Mahua Mahotsav'. Centered around the theme of tribal life, indigenous knowledge systems, and traditional aesthetics, this cultural extravaganza brings the vibrant colors of tribal art to life. Key Highlights and Cultural Schedule

The cultural schedule features powerful dance-dramas, including 'Raja Lohgundi' based on Gondwani lore, and 'Mahabali Chhatrasal', a dramatic tribute celebrating the life and heroic contributions of the legendary Bundel Kesari. The stage also comes alive with 'Kshipra', a rhythmic musical dance honoring the sacred river's glory, alongside various other folk dance and singing performances showcasing Madhya Pradesh and neighboring states. Beyond the main stage, the festival hosts a sprawling Craft Demonstration and Sale featuring exquisite tribal handicrafts, an authentic Tribal Food Zone serving indigenous culinary delicacies, and engaging Puppet Shows with live training workshops designed for all age groups.
