The festival also features vibrant cultural programs organized by the city's Marathi community, including performances of Bhakti Sangeet, Natya Sangeet, and other traditional musical presentations. One of the most cherished traditions is the preparation and distribution of warm saffron-flavoured milk, which is first placed under the moonlight before being served to participants. The celebration reflects the rich cultural heritage and community spirit associated with Sharad Purnima.

Kojagiri Mahotsav is further enriched by traditional religious ceremonies held at temples and community spaces across Sagar. Devotees participate in Sharad Purnima rituals, Satyanarayan Katha, devotional singing, and special prayers, while temples distribute kheer (sweet rice pudding) and blessed milk as Mahaprasad after midnight.
