Within the enchanting West Wing of Norbulingka Institute lies a treasure trove of cultural heritage - the Losel Doll Museum. This collection showcases a dazzling array of 160 intricately crafted dolls, each a beautiful representation of the diverse forms of Tibetan dress, from regional attire to the elegant ensembles of Opera and Monastic traditions. Born from two decades of dedicated research and artistry by the monks of Drepung Loseling, this project embodies the rich Tibetan culture. As you wander through the museum, delight in a feast for the senses - admire the exquisite Thangka paintings, the ornately carved woodwork, the art of carpet weaving, stunning textiles, and various sculptures and crafts.
