Deep in the heart of Assam's Jorhat district lies a hidden gem that whispers tales of nature's marvels - the Hoollongapar Gibbon Sanctuary. Known for its rich tapestry of evergreen forest, this sanctuary is a vibrant ecosystem that invites adventurers and nature lovers alike to explore its depths. Officially established in 1997, its serene surroundings are a testament to decades of conservation efforts that have revitalised the land.

Home to the western hoolock gibbons, the only species of gibbons in India, and the elusive Bengal slow loris, this sanctuary stands as a beacon of biodiversity. As you wander beneath the towering Hollong trees and through layers of lush foliage, you're not just stepping into a forest; you're entering a living story of resilience and life waiting to be discovered.

Prepare to be captivated by the enchanting sights and sounds of this lush haven, where every corner holds the promise of an unforgettable encounter!
